What To Look For In Your Journey Of Wig Buying
Do i get human hair?? Synthetic?? Mono-top?? Open top??

Human hair is resistant to heat, while some to most synthetics are not, and with synthetics, you must be careful with heat, such as oven, hot irons, etc. Although synthetics wear well, and always keep there shape and style, if taken care of properly they can last a lifetime just like human hair.

For both Human Hair & Synthetic, there are different inside cap styles, they include:

  • Monofilaments & Mono Parts - Natural looking, scalp like & breathable net
  • Hand-Tied - Lighter weight, mesh net & natural looking
  • Lace-Front - Natural looking hairline, right down to the wispy hairs
  • Open Top - Petal patterned air flowing netting

Weather Can Affect Your Wig
The same way regular hair is affected by heat, humidity and air quality wigs are as well. You will need to wash your wig more often during the summer then you would during the winter.

Brushing Your Wig
Only brush your wig when it is completely dry, combing or brushing your wig while it is still wet may alter its style.

Heat and Synthetic Wigs
It is very important not to use a blow dryer, curling iron, flat iron or any other type of heat on a synthetic wig.

Add Softness and Luster To Your Wig
If you are looking to add softness and or luster to your wig, you can purchase a wig conditioner. Simply apply the conditioner, leave it to work for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

Drying Your Wig
When drying your wig take your freshly shampooed/conditioned wig and place it onto a wire wig form. If you do not have one available you can use either a clean dry towel or a hairspray bottle or other tall product bottle. Do not place it in the sun, near a heater, or anywhere else.
